Borobudur Pilgrimage Dharmayatra
Foreign One Day

Brief Explanation of Dharmayatra
Dharmayatra is a religious tradition that gives practitioners the opportunity to honor sacred or sanctified places. These sacred locations have significant historical and religious backgrounds, such as ancient vihāras, tombs of saints, places where relics of arahats or saints are kept, historical sites from the life of the Buddha, and other key Dharma propagation sites, including temples. Even though activities from ancient times may no longer occur at these places, the spiritual influence and traces of the perfected practitioners remain undiminished by changes in time or circumstance.
